This is a model of a small seventeenth century timber-framed cottage.

SMALL THATCHED COTTAGE
A small thatched cottage, probably built in the seventeenth century; the small extension would have added some time later.

Another 17th Century COTTAGE.
This model is of another, easy-to-make 17th Century, timber-framed cottage. In the past, the timber frame would have been filled with ‘wattle and daub.’
There are no specific instructions for this model.

Models of the derelict farm buildings that Fred Lonsdale renovated and made into his home. There is the old thatched Hall House, the timber built Barn and the attached Cart Shed.

This is a model of the Tangletree Village pub; the name is a coincidence, Fred has no connection with it.

The home of pompous Sir Henry Plumrose who likes to be known as ‘The Lord of the Manor.

This 1:48 scale flying machine is loosely based on a 1912 BLACKBURN MONOPLANE (Fred’s flying machine, the plane that Santa crashed in the 2008 Christmas Story)

A 1:8 scale model of Rex Garrod’s famous FIGHTING ROBOT.
Cassius was probably the most famous ‘star’ of the popular television series, ROBOT WARS.

A model, not to scale, of a defensive tower built on the Kent/Sussex coast in preparation for an anticipated Napoleonic invasion.
