WARR Starter Pack

As a broad outline, 70% of our funding must be allocated to farmers/growers and foresters, with 60% of spend allocated to capital projects.  Whilst the maximum grant we can allocate per project is £50,000, a ceiling of around £35,000 is preferred, in order to benefit as many organisations as possible.

The programme is competitive and not all eligible projects will necessarily be awarded a grant, or at the amount requested. Priority is given to those that demonstrate the greatest benefit to the rural economy of the WARR area. It is a prior approval scheme, so you must not start work on any items included in your application before you have a contract. You should also be aware that claims are paid in arrears, on submission of receipted invoices and evidence that these have been paid.

Please follow the links below for more information about the programme and application process.
